1How do I get a quote for my wedding or event?+
Fill out the inquiry form with your event details, date, venue, and floral inspiration (a Pinterest link works great). Laurie will review everything and follow up with a customized quote.
2Is a deposit required?+
Yes. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to reserve your date. Weddings and events also carry a $1,000 delivery, setup & cleanup fee and a $5,000 minimum flower purchase. Your booking isn't confirmed until the deposit has been received.
3When is my final payment due?+
Final payment is typically due 2–4 weeks before your wedding or event. Your invoice will include the exact due date.
4Can I make changes after booking?+
Absolutely. Plans evolve, and minor changes can usually be accommodated up until an agreed-upon deadline, depending on flower availability and design requirements.
5What information should I include when requesting a quote?+
Helpful details include your event date, venue, estimated guest count, floral needs (bouquets, centerpieces, ceremony flowers, etc.), color palette, inspiration photos or a Pinterest board, and an approximate budget (optional, but helpful).
6Do you provide delivery and setup?+
Yes. Delivery, setup, and teardown are available depending on your event and location.
7Do you work within my budget?+
Yes. Laurie offers floral designs for a variety of budgets and will recommend the best options to maximize your investment.
8Do you offer consultations?+
Yes. Once your inquiry is received, Laurie will follow up to discuss your vision and answer any questions.
9How far in advance should I book?+
Wedding dates can fill quickly, so booking 6–12 months in advance is recommended, though smaller events may be available with shorter notice.
10What happens if my guest count changes?+
Guest count and floral quantities can usually be adjusted before the final planning deadline. Laurie will work with you to update your proposal whenever possible.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Deposits

  • A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your date.
  • Deposits apply toward your final balance.

Cancellations

  • 90+ days: Deposit forfeited; no additional charges.
  • 30–89 days: 75% of total order due.
  • Under 30 days: Full balance due — no refunds.

Minimums & Fees

Wedding and event bookings require a $1,000 onsite delivery, setup & cleanup fee and a $5,000 minimum flower purchase.

Substitutions

Laurie's Botanicals reserves the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value due to seasonal availability, while maintaining your agreed color palette.

Stripe Payments
